What is ClubRoam?

ClubRoam is a members-only club providing access to high-quality travel items. You can expect goods like skincare that ensures a glow when arriving at your destination, tools that keep you safe while traveling alone, and event special travel carriers for your hats so you don’t have to wear or damage them. Each month, the curation changes! We primarily focus on non-mainstream brands to introduce our members to great brands that aren’t on their radar (YET). ClubRoam’s goal is to make traveling more convenient & enjoyable. We’ll do the research and curation part so you can focus on roaming seamlessly! Membership is separated into two tiers- RoamComfort and RoamOne.

How do I become a member of ClubRoam?

We're excited to potentially have you as a ClubRoam community member! Once you finalize your subscription order, you're officially a member. You can learn more about this process in our Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to be well-traveled to join ClubRoam?

Absolutely not! Club Roam welcomes travelers of all levels. Whether you’re traveling for the first time and want to build out your essential packing items, or you’re on a flight once a month and just don’t have the time to research and find the right items to bring with you, or just want to stay on travel trends we have you covered. ClubRoam monthly deliveries are intelligently curated to be leveraged even when you’re not traveling.

How much does it cost to join ClubRoam?

You’ll pick which of our two boxes you’d like access to: RoamComfort starts at $50/ month + tax and RoamOne starts at $60/month + tax.

What is the difference between the two memberships?

  • RoamComfort (starting at $50/month + tax): Curation of 3-4 monthly items with an estimated retail value up to $100.
  • RoamONE (starting at $60/month + tax): Curation of 4-5 monthly items with an estimated retail value up to $125.

Why do you require a 3 month minimum membership?

ClubRoam is a small business built on loyalty. Having a three-month minimum ensures we’re building a community of members wanting to use and experience various brands and high-quality curations we offer long-term vs. for one-time only.

Coverage & Shipping

Where do you ship?

ClubRoam currently ships within the United States only. We hope to ship internationally soon!

How much does shipping cost?

For you? Nothing! The cost of standard shipping is included in your monthly subscription fee. If you'd like to get your box faster, select one of our expedited shipping options during checkout. You will be charged for the added fee.

How long does it take to receive an item?

Your initial order ships within 3-5 business days. All subsequent ClubRoam boxes are shipped the first week of each month. Deliveries are sent via USPS ground.

How do I track my box?

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

What do I do if one or more of my products is damaged or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment so we can address the issue.

I'm having trouble logging in. How do I log in or reset my password?

Click on the account icon at the top right to access the account login page and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Can I cancel my membership?

We’d be sad to see you go, but you may cancel your monthly membership any time after 90 days. Be sure to cancel prior to your next monthly charge.

What if I’m unhappy with an item? Can I get a refund?

We do not offer refunds but always want to hear from our members. Please let us know what we could be doing better. We want you to love your membership to its fullest!
